Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed between 1 to 3 days. The courier company usually aims but does not guarantee a 2-day delivery.
We are usually well stocked, however, if you we are out of stock, there could be a delay of around 2-weeks. We will contact you if we are waiting for an overseas shipment.
Packaging may not be new; we aim to re-use to reduce waste.
We cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. Be mindful, courier companies may have limited liability, for example a maximum of $2,000 cover (or maybe less/more). We do not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
Customers are responsible for providing us with their correct shipping address – if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment.
